PILATES IMPROVES FLEXIBILITY, INCREASES MUSCLE STRENGTH AND TONE, PARTICULARY OF YOUR ABDOMINAL MUSCLES, LOWER BACK, HIPS AND BUTTOCKS.


Pilates can be an aerobic and non-aerobic form of exercise. It requires concentration and focus, because you move your body through precise ranges of motion. Pilates lengthens and stretches all the major muscle groups in your body in a balanced fashion. It requires concentration in finding a centre point to control your body through movement. Each exercise has a prescribed placement, rhythm and breathing pattern.

In Pilates, your muscles are never worked to exhaustion, so there is no sweating or straining, just intense concentration. The workout consists of a variety of exercise sequences that are performed in low repetitions, usually five to ten times, over a session

RPM is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and burns loads of calories.

With great music pumping and the group riding as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.

RPM is a great way to build up your sense of personal achievement. You can draw on the group’s energy and find your rhythm in the music. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. It’s a journey, not a race!

"All the moves in LES MILLS CORE have options, so it’s challenging but achievable whatever your level of fitness. During the workout, trained Instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as bodyweight exercises like crunches, and hovers. Plus there are some hip, butt and lower back exercises too.

I’ve been working out here every time I’m visiting Bali over the last 3 years, and often. This is by far my favorite gym. Yes, I’ve tried others but love this gym. Friendly staff and the gym has pretty much all the equipment I need for weight lifting and cardio. Now it’s under new ownership and the owners are spending lots of money renovating it. Brand new and powerful Air Conditions. New walls and flooring. Definitely an amazing gym!
