CLASSES

Morning Cycle - Free style spin classes to the beat of a wide range of music. Get on your bike and get your sweat on.

W.O.D - Work Out of the Day is a 60 minute high intensity total body conditioning class combining strength and cardio.

Pump It Up – Weight training never goes out of fashion and this is our barbell focused class that strengthens and tones the entire body.

 

Fight Club -  A non-contact  boxing/martial arts class. Full on cardio with a chance to unleash your beast!

HIIT  High Intensity Interval Training. The name says it all. Shorts burst done hard.

TRX  Suspension training which builds true functional strength and improves flexibility, balance and core stability.

AbBlaster - 30 minutes of core stability and strengthening. Everyone should do this class.

BootyCrush - Butts and core, say no more! You want that booty don't you?

GentleYoga - Is done for the joy of stretching and stillness of mind. A little less intense and strenuous than normal yoga, it's more minimalist, quiet and restorative in nature.

PowerPilates Follows the 6 principles of Joseph Pilates designed to develop strength, flexibility & co-ordination without adding bulk and we just happen to have the best Pilates instructor on the island...
