Morning Cycle - Free style spin classes to the beat of a wide range of music. Get on your bike and get your sweat on.

W.O.D - Work Out of the Day is a 60 minute high intensity total body conditioning class combining strength and cardio.

Pump It Up – Weight training never goes out of fashion and this is our barbell focused class that strengthens and tones the entire body.

 

Fight Club -  A non-contact  boxing/martial arts class. Full on cardio with a chance to unleash your beast!

TRX  Suspension training which builds true functional strength and improves flexibility, balance and core stability.

AbBlaster - 30 minutes of core stability and strengthening. Everyone should do this class.

BootyCrush - Butts and core, say no more! You want that booty don't you?

I didn’t expect much for a cheap week gym subscription but I am in love with this place. The gym is as far as weight lifting has all the necessities, very accessible. But my favorite thing is the classes offered. Once you are a member all of the classes are free to you and are killer. Everyone is so friendly and positive and super helpful with everything .

The classes and instructors here are fantastic! Coming from London where from my experiences the instructors half do the class and half spur you on its really refreshing that here they push you and boost your morale by doing the whole class with you and giving 110% all the way, which in my opinion is the best motivation! There is also a real sense of community here and so I look forward to starting some PT sessions as the staff not only know what they are doing but truly care.

I trained at the gym during a recent week long break in Bali. I did sessions with Komang and then also did some classes. The classes were great and very motivating and fun. The PT sessions were also really good. There is a great atmosphere in the gym and I felt very welcome. Highly recommended to anyone in Bali.
